Confirm visa category：Generally, participants choose Visitor Visa (temporary resident visa, including business/conference).
Online Registration & Fill out the form：Create an account on the official website of the Canadian Immigration Bureau, fill out the application form, and upload the materials.
Pay the fees: Pay the visa fee and fingerprint collection fee (if required).
Bioinformation Collection：After receiving the appointment notice, go to the nearest visa center to collect fingerprints/photos.

The processing time varies depending on your country/region and the type of application.
Visa issuance / approval notice:
After approval, if you need a visitor visa (TRV), you will normally be asked to submit your passport so that a visa counterfoil can be placed in it.
If you only need an eTA, the approval will be linked electronically to your passport and you will receive a confirmation email (no physical visa label).
