Payment & Invoices

  • Accepted: credit card / bank transfer / on-site POS.
  • Invoices can be issued in USD; add company name & tax ID at checkout.
  • Delegation packages must submit attendee list 2 weeks before the conference.

Plenary & parallel sessions, coffee breaks, welcome reception, and digital proceedings (workshops may require extra tickets).

Refund policy

Refunds available before the early-bird deadline minus processing fee; substitutions accepted anytime.

Visa support letter

After registration is paid, contact 2026iec@uregina.ca with your passport info to receive an invitation letter.
